Canadian Solar, a PV module manufacturer, has signed an agreement with Israel-based Ralco Energy relating to the distribution of Canadian Solar PV modules in Israel.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ralco Energy has become a member of Canadian Solar’s Authorized Reseller Program which enables Ralco Energy to commercialize Canadian Solar tier-1 PV modules in Israel.

Commenting on the deal, Ofir Ruziak, COO at Ralco Energy, said, “At Ralco Energy, we are very careful selecting the solar products that we include in our portfolio. Therefore we were delighted to win Canadian Solar as a strategic partner in Israel as we are convinced that the modules of the Canadian company will add further value to our product range. Through the Authorized Reseller program we now have direct access to the intensive technical trainings, sales and marketing support and the customer service team of the company. We are impressed with the high quality and outstanding performance of the solar modules and the excellent reputation of Canadian Solar as a bankable market leader. This enables us to offer our customers an attractive cost-benefit-ratio for their investment and trust in the reliability of the components.” 

The general manager of Canadian Solar, Ivan Rubio, added that the partnership is expected to help the company to expand its worldwide business operations and that the cooperation will lead to new business opportunities for both companies.
